Post Your Unpacking Pictures

The CG shampoo is the best. You only need "a capful" to make tons of suds for a 5 gallon bucket. It's crazy.

My second big order, well not big compared to some of you guys. Once again I forgot to get free samples! And a couple squeeze bottles for the collinite.

I forgot to do that on two-three consecutive orders back when I first started buying my detailing supplies from AG. When I finally placed another order I wrote down in the comment box that I had forgotten a few samples and let's just say that AG took care of me on that order! :xyxthumbs:

Awesome, I'm really looking forward to trying it out! I wanted to get the smaller size before I make the move on the gallon size, but based on everyone's responses I'm sure I will go with the gallon next time.

That's customer service. I definitely won't forget next time!

Here is my haul from the Memorial Day Sale. I actually got CCS pads when I ordered the regular Lake Country Flat pads :) Not complaining, however I didn't get my AutoGeek banner for orders over $500 :) Mine was $500.52 after discount :)

Anyways here it is

Send me a PM with your order number and I'll make a note to include a free banner with your next order. :dblthumb2:

Nick was it a mistake I got CCS instead of Flat Pads? If so I am more than happy to send back, I can't take something I didn't order. Don't need bad Karma and as of late I need all the good I can get :)

What kind of towels are those?

When the UPS driver told me he couldn't find this box on his truck yesterday I got a sick feeling in my gut.

Looks like an ordinary box, nothing to get excited about right?

Finally my flex 3401 has arrived. I felt like a kid a week before christmas. Sleep was hard to find, and when I did I'd have dreams of that 3401. Everything I touched was left with a wet, glossy finish.

Also picked up some 6.5 LC HT pads and a white LC polish pad to go along with the flex.

Everyone together and ready for a swirled out 2011 Black Jetta this weekend. Looking forward to working with the new flex and Wolfgang combo. Will make sure to take plenty of pictures.

An issue with the one "capful" is that it's not nearly slick enough or makes enough good soapy water. The suds are nice, but it's the lubrication that I want. I use 5 capfuls, which equals 1oz, for a 4-5 gallon bucket. That's what I'll use from now on.
Plus that's the ratio Nick uses in his review.

But wouldn't that strip the lsp? So it's kind of defeating the whole purpose of using it as a maintenance wash.

1oz for 4-5 gallons is fine for regular wash. to strip its 3oz for 3gallons so basically 1oz per 1 gallon

Latest order.

Some microfiber drying towels. I don't towel dry my black car much since I have the Master Blaster Sidekick, but I do use them for spot drying or to completely dry my wife's Forester.

Also a new wool-wash mitt for the black car. That thing is so soft, feel like our cat's fur, :xyxthumbs:.

While I already have some Cobra Jrs, just wanted to grab a few more. Added 4 here.

If my WG Swirl Remover doesn't remove the finer RIDs on my next buff this week, I'm going to move up to Meg's 105, so I wanted it on hand. I also like sticking to same brand for a job so I added 205 and their sealant.

This order, while nothing too crazy, really completes the majority of my needs. For a while at least, I should only need to refill some products if anything.

Current detail collection (minus most washing tools as I store them in my buckets):

Feels good to feel like I have everything I should need on hand (for my own cars, at least).
