Question about removing a scratch

I have a friend that wants me to detail the inside of his Trailblazer and remove a scratch in his fender that was painted about 2 months ago.
My problem is.... I dont have a polisher yet. Is there something I can do by hand? The scratch or scuff isnt deep. I almost goes away when I wet my finger and went across the scratch.
He is a picture, its kinda hard to see.
Would Megs 205, 105 work by hand?

105 is more aggressive than 205 so if 105 won't work then 205 won't either. Do 205 then 105.

I got most of it out by hand. A friend gave me some 3m 05995 and some 3M Finesse-it 05928 and I went out and bought some meguiars #2 fine cut cleaner. Did it all by hand. Told him once I get a polisher I would do it the right way. But he was happy.
