You may have heard that Classic Motoring Accessories, aka Proper Auto Care, is closing its operation after many years of serving the car care community.

Out of respect for Jack and the crew at CMA, Autogeek will not be matching their liquidation prices as they sell off their remaining inventory. As always, our price match guarantee is available on regularly priced items and promotions. Please refer to our Price Match Policy for the full details.

Terry Freidberg and Max had a relationship way back to where they own Pinnacle Car Care line jointly to recently supplying CMA with some of their product lines. We are sad to see them part the detailing industry and thank them for the past years of business ventures and the camaraderie that goes with this great industry.

This doesn't seem entirely accurate. I don't think that PAC itself is closing? They just launched an entirely new webpage and own some well respected detailing brands. Though there's no real clarification on this on their webpage OR their forums.

P.S Mark - 667 now. Ya happy?

Maybe PAC is being renamed WolfInSheepsClothing.com... ;)

Does this mean we could possibly see AG carrying the Blackfire line?

Just visited PAC and they have a closing annoucement on the front page.

Wow... certainly didn't see that one coming!

Looks like everyone is raiding their site right now too.. pages take forever to load.

Taking forever to load? I can't even get a page, all I get is "server error in '/' application"

Use Chrome? I'm getting to see the site fine and looks like they have a bunch of stuff still in stock.

Chrome? Nah, I have to use IE on my 286...another browser would be too much trauma for me. So maybe the problem is on my end I haven't been to their site for a couple weeks anyway so maybe the new site never worked for me.

It's the site. My macbook and safari is going really slow too.

Try and clear the cookies, cache and history in your browser - was having the same issue, and doing the above solved the problem. Probably has to do with them re-launching their site a few weeks ago.

Don't know what to say, not saying I'm not getting stuck at times on a error page..

But I have five items in my cart and I've been surfing it just fine for the most part. Clear out your cache, cookies, and history for IE....or get Google Chrome:)

Even at their "closeout" prices they are higher than AG!!! WTH???

I think it's just as well I can't get there, I need more supplies like I need a hole in my head!

Their site is working fine for me using Chrome, but even with sale prices after adding shipping on the same order I placed with AG I paid less here.
