DP Cleanse-All/Wheel Cleaner/Engine Degreaser - Which is Strongest?

The DP line of Exterior Cleanse-All, Wheel Cleaner and Engine Degreaser all list to be paint safe, and safe for rubber and plastics as far as I remember.

Which one would be the strongest? Would Engine Degreaser be safe for rims?

Cleanse all is more of an APC, and is quite strong, I found it to be the strongest out of the 3, following by Engine Degreaser, and with Wheel Cleaner to be the gentliest of them all...not with that said I would NOT reccomend to use engine degreaser to clean wheels...Depending on wheel type there is a small chance you can damage them...

In the ad for Cleanse-All, it says you can use Cleanse-All on rims. If Cleanse-All is the strongest, wouldn't it make sense that you could use Engine Degreaser as it less strong?
 
Don't mean to dig up old threads but has anyone ever used DP Cleanse All Exterior Cleaner? I used it for the first time and the smell/appearance reminds me of purple power...

I'm not complaining since it has works great so far but just wondering if they rebranded the formula since it has a lot of the same characteristics...
