Dead Battery?

I like the charger idea, it shows the customer that you are being proactive instead of reactive.

I could see it if the customer was allowed in the shop area but due to insurance reasons they are not in my case at least... and most of the time (90%) they drop the car off and I call them when it is finished or when I am doing the glass and they head down to get it...

I was thinking more for the mobile guys. I think anytime you can go an extra step it shows your professionalism.
