Just to confirm, no restrictions includes the Mytee Lite II 8070 Hot Water Carpet Extractor. I assume the free shipping would not be included though but I could still get 10% off, correct?

Normal shipping charges apply to carpet extractors, as noted on the first post. :props:
 
no kit, i have an arsenal of goodies already. I did get the the smaller backing plate
