Question before buying

Are the wool pads worth it? Im sure there great for removing swirls and scratches, but for finishing how are they?

I'm considering just getting the black wool pad and yellow wool pad from the link above, and getting the 8.5" lake country ccs green white n red pads with 7" hook n loop for finishing?

What would u suggest?

I don't like large pads. I use 6" Hydro Tech and Kompressor pads. Just got the new H20 and Kompressor pads, but haven't had the chance to use them yet.

I've never used wool pads before, only foam pads. From my experience, for cutting purposes there not that great, but for applying polish/wax there great.

And if I may ask an additional question, do they ever touch the vehicle in the center of the pad?
