Show some love for Autogeek.net

I'd sport one, since I help supply a years salary for a AG employee does that mean I get a free sticker? :)

When he said free, I don't think it's the free you think he meant. I think he meant sticker-free, as in no stickers on his car (I'm the same way), not free stickers :confused::confused:

Yeah, I meant it as sticker free. Sorry for the confusion Bobby.

I wouldn't mind a plate frame. I would be ok with a smaller sticker on my vehicle!!

I think a true Autogeek would just get an Ivan tattoo... wait I see a new contest coming up!!!

I have been thinking about getting one Meghan Im the MAN

No problem. I read the post to fast lol. I have always liked my vehicles looking clean with no decals but I like the Autogeek logo. I think the truck still looks clean with this one decal on it. I just need to remove the chrome lettering on the 2 doors.

I want one!!! I think it would look a lot better with a clear background intead of the white.

A license plate frame is a great idea but in states like NC it would have to be a low profile for the back because of a new state law. It says that a back license plate frame can't cover the name of the state. Don't you just love bearucrats.:bash:

this may be considered blasphemy BUT why wouldn't this sticker be free? Why would it cost anything?

Its advertising, so, you give them your money for product, then give them your money for a sticker, then other people see the sticker and give them their money for product and again for a sticker...

My dealings with AG have been good and i love the forum, but at the end of the day AG is another BUSINESS with great customer service. Under normal circumstances they wont be giving you anything for free so why would you give them free advertising?

(Disclaimer: I understand this forum is free, and thats great. Also, many of the AG staff gives FREE advice posts how-to's etc etc etc. Thats great as well, however, it all brings business back to AG, for example "with this device and this product you can get this shine using this technique")

Inexpensive stickers sounds like a great way to get a lot of good advertising!!!! I'd put one on my truck. Think about it AG...:dblthumb2:

I like Kristopher's enthusiastic response!!! I think most of us feel the same way!!Im the MANIm the MANIm the MAN

You're right. Blasphemy!

I have been given a bottle of CarPro Eraser in one free give-away about two weeks ago. All I need to do is post a review. Imagine a business giving product away, providing a free forum to post the review, and allowing customers the opportunity to post whatever they want to say about the product.

I also just won a cooler and 10 sample products in a guesiing contest.

All of this was FREE. And AG gives stuff away ALL the time. So, I appreciate that you are trying to be real and you view AG as just another business. But give it a little time and you will see they are anything but that.

alot of companies do giveaway promotions. Why? It creates buzz for that company "hey awesome look what AG did for us! They gave me an opportunity to get this product free!! All i had to do was be part of the forum that is chock full of marketing for the company!!

Now again, nothing wrong with this, especially because alot of companies DONT do give aways. However, i still would not pay for a sticker advertising the website. Its the same concept as people who remove the dealer badge off their cars as soon as they get them.

I'll try to find a place on Sam's car tomorrow night...
