your recent posts got my mouth watering so I started looking for something unique to make. I think I found it and had it cooking low and slow for 2 1/2 hrs last night

Adam, that's a good idea. Maybe you can use the chip clip.... Errr apron clip.... Errr chord control clip to keep the jerky closed! :laughing:
 
The only jerky i've ever tried was much like chewing on a piece of leather... i guess i haven't tried the good stuff lol

BTW, have you ever tryed to make HOMEMADE SAUSAGE>?? I bought a sausage kit from Cabella's...great project for the upcoming fall!

Dude, I have so many projects going on right now that I already can't sleep at night. I will stick to detailing, design, jerky, my secret project, etc.

I had some of this batch for lunch today. It is quite tasty.

I'm actually headed to the meat market before they close to pick up some London broil to marinate more.

I have the same dehydrator! I need to do this this weekend. I haven't made jerky in about 6 months...got a good recipe you feel like sharing? :)
