Do you guys just throw it in washer ( only the microfiber towels and no detergent) and then hang them or is there another way, better way, to do this job?

You'll have to use some type of detergent, although if you hit up the search button, you'll see varying opinions on powder vs. liquid and specialty detergents vs. standard clothing detergent.

I use Oxi-clean no fragrance and hang dry or fluff air in the dryer. Every once in a while if Micro restore is on BOGO I'll use that.

I've had good luck with using Tide Free & Gentle in the washer.

Then I do as storm100 said above, air dry or either the air fluff setting on the dryer.

Micro-Restore or Detailer's Pro Series Microfiber Cleaner, I just let them hang dry.

I just throw them in the washer with liquid detergent, and then dry on low heat with no dryer sheet.

I just washed some MF towels in some Tide Coldwater, and added a scoop of
DP Polishing Pad Rejuvenator

I hung them up to dry...actually they were hanging on the stair railings...I should have taken a picture.

I actually tumble dry on medium heat and I see that the fibers tend to be fluffier... When I hung dry they didn't seem as soft

I was thinking about this earlier....does static electricity build up on the MF's?

I've had some static electricity on mfs while doing routine Wipedown and it attracted the dust to the MF so as far as I'm concerned I'm good with that
