It's certainly working for youIt has now been one year since I applied a single layer of Meguiar's Hybrid Paint coating. I will be conducting the yearly polish and applying 2 layers of the same product soon.

Cosmic has been solid for me for 2+ months but i top it monthly usually. Nothing better than fresh PA beads other than a coating.

I must agree with you. And cosmic was a dream to work with. No dark streaks or anything. I found it easier to buff/wiee off if i worked smaller sections at a time. First time using trc eagle edgeless 350's as well. What a nice towel

These beads are from a really heavy overnight dew. Silver hood is Collinite 845, white roof was polished with Essence, then had a layer of Lustre then Jet applied a couple of days ago. The benefit of having 2 different paints on one car, I get to experiment.

It rained overnight, so I finally got to see some real beading on the FJs roof, since the Essence polish, and sealing it with NV Lustre then Jet a week ago. Impressive, even on the black trim above the rear window. If you look carefully you can even see dirt encapsulated in each of the beads

Yep, the three week clean car streak is over sadly. I didn't mind cutting my grass but once a month either. Lol.

So this is beading on the black trim after applying Autoglym Bumper &Trim Gel yesterday. We had really light rain for a few hours today, and this is after driving for about 40 mins, reasonable beading, no runs or streaks.
Second pic is of the bullbar, it's powder coated black, I accidentally got some of the trim gel on one corner, and I noticed it looked good where I wiped it off, so I applied it to the whole thing, worst case it would run off the first time it rained, apparently not, good beading too.

We had a nice steady rain today with no wind, so lots of beading.
The Qashqai was wiped down with TWHS Ceramic 3 in 1 Detailer a week ago, but I can't remember what's under that. Still beading nice though.
The FJ has NV Lustre then Jet on the white roof, which is holding up great, the Collinite on the silver has definitely degraded.
