I stopped paying attention as it is really getting expensive here.

I filled up today with premium and it was around $4.30-40 I believe. I get chevron because I have a gas card. There is a chevron a few miles that was $4.70 for premium.

Same here.:xyxthumbs:

The last time I paid $3.00 for gas was back on 12/15/10. In August 2010 I was paying around $2.70.

Boy, do I miss those days.:(

I have an odd memory that from my child hood. When I was in third grade. Around 1997 Id guess. We were on a motorhome trip and we stopped at an Arco station in the desert and the gas was $1.10

I just looked as I drove by:

Local Chevron
$4.42 Reg
$4.54 Mid
$4.64 Premium

Good thing my car can use Regular...

Makes me feel my age...
I remember gas Price Wars back in the early '70s when it was $0.30, and that was Full Service!
Four gas stations at the same intersection kept pushing it down...
(my neighbor's Dad owned a Gulf Station I worked at as a kid.)
