UPS Does it Again!

Autogeek; more returns from UPS!!

If this only happened during the Christmas rush I could "almost" look at it as accidental damage but this seems to happen a lot!!



I wonder how these things are handled?
 
Wow, that sucks. I've never had bad luck with packages. Lucky me...

Yes it does Ted and I was wondering why it was delayed.... Of course these were Christmas presents too....:cry: Looks like we'll have to cancel Christmas this year...:cry:

Ok question for you, notes from UPS say that only part is damaged, did they deliver anything to you?
 
That stinks man! If I had to gripe and be nit-picky about anything its that AG uses UPS. I know everyone has horror stories from every carrier, however personally I have had the most and worst problems with UPS.

No, I checked both yesterday and this morning and nothings been delivered.

The last entry indicates damaged goods were discarded and the balance is being returned and they'll notify the sender with the details.

As stated many times on the forum we use UPS, Fedex and US Mail, just put a note in the comments box on which you would prefer us to use. We will ship it with whichever one of those you like.

Autogeek does a superb job at packaging their products and sometimes so well that some here even complain.

I think Autogeek's developed certain packaging schemes in an effort to ward off damage from some of the neanderthals that will be handling their goods in route to the customer.

I do agree the incident rate with UPS seems much higher than with FedEx.....

Whats jacked up is....they identified the package being damaged at 2:13pm on the 14th and it sat for another 14 hours and still tried to deliver the package even after being identified as being damaged. WTF?! They could have taken that time to send the package back to AG.

Heck, I didn't know that. Thats good to know! I am new to the forum so I never read or was aware of that before. I just figured you guys used them because they gave you the best rates and that was that.

I STILL am finding packing materials around my house from the black friday sales haha. They do pack their packages very well. It amazes me how well they do even if the contents are towels or applicators, etc. They seem to treat every item as if its fine china from the Ming Dynasty.
 
I think I will keep the UPS until I start having problems like ya'll. Maybe it's a Northern thing.Im the MAN
 
Sorry to hear about the troubles Bobby, but like yourself i use AG because of the customer service... i had a price issue with my first order.. called it in then realized it was 30% off online... i got ready for war when i called them back... i figured i would ask nicely first then "flip the switch" but when i heard... ooh im sorry about that you have been taken care of without any hesitation... i knew AG was the way to go!! Awesome job they do
