HDR photos, let's see em!!!

Being a non-photo person...I see the results, but what does HDR mean?

It stands for high dynamic range. Basically, you combine multiple pictures that have different camera settings when the picture is taken. By combining these photos, you get a combination of tone ranges that one individual picture cannot pick up by itself, hence the need for 3+ images.

Photomatix does a great job of combining photos together without the use of using photoshop
 
I love HDR photos. The only ones I have done were off of a non DSLR camera using a program to manually change the exposure. My wife is getting some new lenses, tripod, and software (capable of HDR) so I will get to play around with it some more.

Not a big fan of the Mustang in general but that is one sweet looking car you have! Keep up the good work!

Damn those are NICE! I love the night time HDR shots. I still have to do this! I just don't like driving my car at night due to bugs :) lol... but yeah, great lighting on your shots.

Thank! Yeah, I'm a fan too... In fact, I've been watching the Ip Man series lately... about Bruce Lee's mentor. Very cool.
