Logo Design?

Hey guys and gals. Is anyone here good at logo designs? I had a design mocked up when I was looking into starting a part time washing business, but due to family and health issues at the time I had to pass on that at the moment.

Now I would like to start out slow and start with headlight restoration. I know, I know, everyone in their brother does headlights. Thing is, I don't have to have the money, although it would be nice to have some extra dough for detailing products and I could always upsell to a wash/wax.

If anyone is willing to help out, like I said I have the original mock up that was done and would like it to be similar.
