BFWD test results

I always found though, if you sprayed their QD after an ONR wash, you were back to the hydrophobic properties. Only thing I didn't like, the surface had to be sqeaky-dry before you applied the QD. Not such a big deal, however it is nice when you can apply product and use it as a drying aid as well.

Thanks for sharing that, that's interesting information - means that I might not need to go with their shampoo, just their QD, if I ever get Body Wrap (which is a big plus for me, as I am a rinseless convert and despise conventional washes). I mainly use QDs as drying aids, so it'll work fine for me :)

Blackfire Wet Diamond is the most slickest sealant I have used. Top it with Midnight Sun and you are set. :dblthumb2:

I CAN tell a difference when I use two coats of BFWD and top it with two coats of BFMS.
To me the BFWD/BFMS combo looks like a calm pool of water. It is a very unique LSP look!
Does the Midnight Sun take away the slickness of BFWD? It does but it "looks" better IMHO.

So what would happen if you use 5 coats? I was not aware that multiple coats do anything, unless you didn't cover properly with 1'st coat? BFWD is mineral Spirit based ( you can smell it) and as far as I know Mineral spirits will just remove previous coat. Just my opinion.
