Alright. I went back, and tried again. This time I downloaded the "Windows Media Player Firefox plug-in", installed it, THEN gave permission for the plug in to run on my browser.
After I did all that, I saw all the videos. Every single one of them did fine. Except I don't think there was any audio. Other than that, everything worked. I probably just needed an update.

Great man...... I purposely dropped the audio (for annoying/multiple videos playing at once purposes) but I am unsatisfied with the fact that you had to jump through loops to get to see them. Is there a computer guru that can fix this issue?!!?!?!?

Honestly man...it's probably just me. I have my automatic updates shut off on my computer. I don't like it updating explorer every week, ha.
If everybody else didn't have a problem...I wouldn't worry about it.

Well....... I am looking at getting this PERFECTED - which means I want to get everyone the ability to see what I see when posting the website. I could very well be using the program wrong or even using a crappy program, either way I want it to work for 99% of people out there. Thanx again Kris for your insight.... you are always helpful man! :dblthumb2:

All the videos/loops are working.... but my big complaint is that the site takes quite a while to load, and I'm on a pretty fast connection.
Might consider trying to go a little less media intensive, or at least do something to better optimize the content for faster load times. That's an issue that could turn some people off.

So you feel that maybe less vids and replace with pics?!??!!? I have also noticed slower load times on my PC but was hoping it was my connection........ you feel that the load time outweighs the vids?!??!?!

I think that you should set it up so that the videos only load if the viewer clicks play.
I may be wrong, but it seems like they all start playing together. If they only played when someone clicked, then it would speed things up a bit.
That being said, I didn't think it took long to load, maybe a few seconds.

COOL - that is the third time I have heard that.... first on AG - so I think I will allow the option of playing and stopping a vid. I took that option away originally to allow a free playing vid on the site with no issues..... guess that wasnt the case lol.

Set it up so that the very first video plays. Cause it will catch the viewers attention. But the rest should be click to play.
I think the videos on the front of each page that loop could be replaced with just a single shot from the video and it would be just as useful. Its not showing much but by looping your not only taking more time to load(instant on my connection but I have a pretty stomping one) and the video's are so short.

Also having been in IT waaayyyy to long if you get it to work for 80+% you are golden. Otherwise you have to format it for each possible browser and OS configuration and that takes huge amounts of time and money. I know we all want everything to be 100% or its not done right but in this area trust me, or better yet shoot a email to Mike if you can or ask Yance(maybe totally wrong name its late but the web guru at autogeek) how hard it is to make something work for most everyone. And these guys do it for a living. And is often the case they tell the end user(us) to update our browser and plug ins if we have issues before we try any trouble shooting.
That said the site looks great and I applaud you asking for input to try and make it as good as you can.

To me yes, they are so short that after a sec of watching them I feel let down that they only show 10sec of action then keep replaying like something new maybe shown. But this could be from all those stupid adds we see on the side of many websites that loop until you want to put a post-it note over the screen where they always are.

Thanks for all your advice man! Hopefully one day soon I can get the site professionally done..... until then I am stuck working on it myself lol. Your advice has been very hopefull though man - thnx again!:dblthumb2:

need to work on the photo section... you have an image of a dirty seat... why show me a dirty seat, unless it is matched with the image that shows it cleaned... presentation, is everything...

Thanx again everyone for your help - all your opinions mean alot! There is still alot more to do to the site, but these 2 pages were my main concern due to the videos. If any of you have any more ideas please toss them on here. Thanx again gentlemen! :dblthumb2:
