Detailers of OKC area

Im a Painter by trade detailer on the side from the OKC are and i typically charge 40$ an hour on detailing (clay, buff, polish, seal, wax) so it typically comes out to be about $320 on at the lowest and was wondering for the area is that too much? and if so how should i readjust my pricing accordingly to the area

only $40??? I wouldn't even clay, let alone polish the car for only $40 unless it was one of my family member (do it for free of course).
 
Hi there,
To help with your question, there are some bigger detailers than me on here but from what I feel is if your confident in your work than don't sweat your price. Find reasons that justify your price point. Your expenses, time and labor should all go into how much you charge. Also depending on how big of a detailer you are, you might have to cut down how much extra money you want to make after supplies and labor are factored in. Get well known to make more money.
