Happy Friday boys and girls!!!!

This week has been really stressful for me. I’ll tell you how it all started…
Last Saturday I was rear ended by this jerk who wasn’t paying attention…

I was immediately pisssed….

Because of the accident I think I sustained some whiplash…

My insurance agent told me to chill out and let the folks do their job…

So yesterday evening, I get a call from the claims adjuster and she had the rep from State Farm on the phone. State Farm is cutting me a check to cover the deductible. They will wait until after all is said and done for the subrogation process, as well as my medical claim.
So for the time being, I’m happy. We’ll see how it goes with the repair. I plan on doing an ONR wash on my car this weekend before it goes in the shop. Me and the lady are heading out to also look at wedding bands since the time is fast approaching.

That’s it for me…what does everyone have planned for the weekend?

I know right?! I was searching for a less dramatic rear end collision on youtube but couldn't find any LOL!

I was actually really impressed with the rep from State Farm and was alittle nervous accepting the deductible check. I kept asking..."you guys sure its not obligating me or separating me from anything" my rep laughed and said no.

Heck yeah I'm ONR'ing the car. Its really dirty so I don't want any issues when they go to paint the car. Granted it will probably get dusty from being in the shop and being worked on so maybe its pointless to do it but Imma do it anyways.
Yep...ring shopping. I need to get an idea of what its going to cost me for the band. I'll probably sweat alot....and require some water. Hopefully I won't faint and pass out. LOL!

Happy Friday all. Nothing big here. Dinner with my sister and bro-in-law tomorrow night possibly as they're up from SoCal for a friend's wedding today. Also potentially a trip with a Jeep friend to a local offroad park tomorrow but that's still up in the air. Possibly washing the Jeep on Sunday.

Happy Friday Chris!!! Thanks man...I'm actually feeling ALOT better about the situation. I spoke with the guy from the body shop today and he said that he's getting both bumper covers in...the recon and the OEM. He said if he doesn't like the recon he'll get the insurance to cover the OEM and that I won't have to pay for the difference. My agent spoke to the parts manager and she said she got him to sign off on the OEM bumper cover. That manager then contacted the body shop and told them to order the OEM for me. At this point its a matter of who is going ot pay the difference. So yeah...its all working out. I just needed to be patient.



Definitely take lots of pictures...especially of the chicks

Now are you rooting for the sharks or the hawks? I'm trying to get into hockey now that Dale Hunter is coach for the Caps. I used to play street hockey with his son all the time, as they used to live in my neighborhood. Dale would come out and play hockey with us every once in awhile. He was a really cool guy. My dumb arse doesn't know what I did with all the autographed pucks he gave me.
