Who makes or sells a cheap window wiper with a handle? My $7 wonder from Pep Boys has hardened up and isn't doing a good job. I would prefer one with about an 18 inch handle.
 
Almost any auto parts store...even wally world has 'em.

The next one you purchase:
Why not gift them with either some 303 Aerospace Protectant (can be used on Rubber); or, 303 Wiper Treatment (Reconditions hardening rubber.)
