Question - taking rust of of plastic

When I was detailing my jeep I noticed some rust spots on my back bumper, which is plastic. Any ideas on how to take that off?

clay should level them down but iron x to dissolve anything embeded in the clear

do you think clay will take spots like this off my plastic and metal surfaces on the back of my car, probably from brakes but didnt know if this is a job for iron x as well

Hmm, I can't remember, are the silver inserts in the Sahara bumper plain plastic or are they painted? If it's just silver textured plastic, just hit it with something like 3:1 OPC. That's what I've been using for stubborn mud stains on the fenders (mine aren't painted like yours) and the sidesteps.
