Convince me to buy a Griots DA

Trying to decide if I want to splurge and buy the buffer this week along with more pads and products or wait for my tax return lol.

Is it pretty hard to get the pad to stop spinning?

the GG6?

yes, if the pad is flat, you won't stop it from turning on speed 5.

With uneven pressure, yes it will stop spinning, that is part of what makes it so safe.

We'll this thread convinced me. It'll arrive this Friday =) With the extra $205 saved from not getting the 3401, I can buy really expensive spray bottles...and maybe a few products.
Congrats. You wont regret it. THe GG will do just about anything you ask it to.

Someday, maybe you will add the Flex as another tool on your arsenal.

Yeah, like the machine polish #2 and 3, their tire dressing (Long Lasting tire dressing), the wheel cleaner, etc, hell, get that cool bag that holds the 6" and 3" wheel, which you'll end up getting to go along with the one you ordered, it happens to everyone:buffing:

3401 is Un-Avoidable, sooner or later ..

You got that right :xyxthumbs:

Don't know why I replaced my antique PC ( liberated from the shop after it did more than its share of cabinet scribing ) with a new PC7424XP.

I had first replaced it with a G110 ( not the V2 ) and was not impressed.
My antique PC worked better. Never tried the G110V2 ( once bitten.. ). After trying it several times, it went to my sisters house.

I could have used the 118.00 towards the Flex and kept banging the antique PC ( it got a new set of brushes 3 years ago ).

My truck is in need of a detail lol. Does the gg6 correct faster than a PC? I'm planning to order it this week along with some optimum polishing mf pads and some LC ones.

Just pull the trigger.
