Thanks for the compliments guys, I'm glad you could get some use out of it. The Autogeek forums have helped me out so much, it feels good to finally help others!

I'll admit I have not seen the video but I've been using this product on my Miata for a few months now. I've never used more than three to four sprays of product on any given body panel. My soil level is not quite as high as in the OPs photos.
I've washed the entire car (yes it is a small car) more than 10 times and have not used half the product yet. I have to believe others are using too much product. That definitely makes it more expensive.
Actually Richard Griot said it in his how to video of the product on the Griot's website. It's a pretty obscure place to put it, though. You would think it would be in the written product description.
You really cannot substitute a quick detail spray for a waterless wash. It simply does not have the lubricity. Griots Spray on Car Wash has got to be at least 3-4 times thicker than Speed Shine. Using quick detail spray for dust can lead to excessive marring.Have you thought about switching to a quick detailer like Speed Shine? For light dust that's all that I typically use. It'd probably give you a little more shine. It's also cheaper than the Spray On Car Wash!
Excellent review!! I like the detailed step by step shots you provided.
Wow that's a smoking deal! How long ago did you buy it? I've never seen my local Costco sell them.
