Kind of funny - Ive detailed autos, motorcycles, rvs, buses, aircraft, semis, and now BOATS lol. Surface was no different than any rv or corporate bus I have ever detailed, but I can say that the amount of compartments on a boat are ridiculous! Hitting all the "jambs" in those compartments was tedious, but all in all it was a piece of cake. The gentleman offered his products for me to use, which I originally said "nah" to - but I tossed some Mequires RV/Marine Brazillian wax on the cyclo anyway and that stuff was slightly better than our regular polish - I liked it and coated his boat with it. May be buying this stuff now! Nice experience - will have pics tomorrow :dblthumb2:

Looking forward to the pictures!! Seeing this post gets me more and more excited because the nicer weather is almost here permanently!!

Thanks man - they'll be posted tomorrow (on Tyson's phone) - turned out great though!

I like doing the occasional boat, but their not something I would want to do everyday

All the ones I've done have been a chalky mess. The flip side is what an improvement!

Congrats Anthony!

I'm with Flash. Once a month is enough.

Well - wish the pics were better...... Disappointing when I thought Tyson took good pics on his phone but comes back with crap shots :bat:. But here are the ones that came back "descent".

Make sure not to go home with teh smell of CG's Stripper Scent, otherwise you might have a lot more explaining to do than you were ready to handle.

How long did the detail take?

LOL - thats right - whenever we are working late at night we ask for a review so our ladies know that we are working :props:

How long did the detail take?

Spent about 8 hours on the boat - which included a one step polish/wax, thorough vaccuum, polished engine, seats cleaned and conditioned, all compartments vacuumed and "jambs" in compartments cleaned, visors removed and replaced to clean, trailer cleaned with AIO product, tires cleaned and dressed, rims cleaned, all britework cleaned and IPA'ed, every surface cleaned and dressed - that is all.

Having a big chocolate stain in your nether region is not a profesional look for sure

The boat turned out really nice Anthony/Tyson

Thanx man - kind of odd, but I just checked the stain and I think compound and extractor water overspray lightened it up - hmmmm, maybe wash my paints from now on in some mild cut compound/folex/and laundry detergent :dblthumb2:
