Isn't BF and WG almost same product?
 
in other thread, i read someone's comment... saying it is basically same product with different label, but seems like I cant find it anymore

They are both sealants. They both work.

Are they the same? TBH I don't know but they both work well.

I would tell anyone to pick the one they like best and never look back...

 
I use both and they are not the same product, color and consistency are worlds apart as is the look each give (BF =oil-in-water emulsion sealant, WG=water-based, oxygen activated paint sealant). The curing time is shorter with BF as per Tod Helms who had a hand in it's production. Tod guesstimates BF is about 80% cured when it's time to remove the haze from the CC, BF uses a drying powered to accelerate the drying time which is why some folks get some dusting when removing it (I've experience it). Most sealants want/call for 12 hrs for a full cure but BF only needs/calls for 8 hrs. Clearly not the same product in different bottles.
