bang for buck interior protectant

I use Detailer's Pro Series Interior Surface Protectant. I like it as it protects the surface without too much shine, lasts a long time, smells great and isn't too expensive.

thats good to hear ^ what is YMMV, and lol I don't like pineapple either but atleast its unique, as I like different products to have unique scents

I will definitely try out PERL and 303 sometime as well

YMMV = Your mileage may vary.

Anyone that's using 303AP on interiors and engines - try PERL when you run out. It's much cheaper than 303AP after you dilute it to the specified dilutions and it feels and looks a bit better also.

i need to get me some UIGP soon, however for now i love the DP interior protectant/pinnacle vinyl rubber protectant(same product just different viscosity and price imo)

It's really great stuff Matt! The DP is nice but you will definitely notice a difference between UIGP and every other interior product.

I liked how DP Protectant worked, but I didn't enjoy the smell! I'm now enjoying PERL or Mothers VLR!

corey how does UIGP bond/work on painted interior plastics? just trying to find a one step punch so to say so i dont need to constantly remove my painted peices and risk breaking tabs while trying to apply an LSP to it.....how does the UIGP smell? is it that solventy/ammonia type smell UTTG has? not that its a big deal just wondering....wouldnt have to bug you corey if i was able to go to detail fest! lol

I have both 303 and PERL i have been using PERL on the outside and I need some more experience with it as it seems it has a bit of a learning curve as far as dilutions and ways to apply it. I will be doing a side by side test of 303 and PERL to see which I like better.

Meguiars Natural shine, I use it on tires, trim, and interior. Cheap, it's everywhere, and lasts on tires for 3 washes.

I just bit on the bogo perl. I'm really mad for not doing it sooner when iron x was on bogo grrrrrrrrrr....

:iagree:

Lasts long, protects well, looks good (maintains original factory look) and goes on UBER thin. I have barely made a dent in my 12oz bottle and it's coming up on 3 years since I got it.

It's my favourite.

My 2nd favourite is Poorboys Natural look for interiors that need a slight satin look.

+1 on both accounts.

Innerclean did the job and is reasonably priced by the gallon

However it leaves a matte undressed finish
