Ford explorer job need major input

Hey guys this guy wants the whole truck done its pretty gnarly haha super fine scratches all Over the hood. Deff no clear left at all. Can this be brought back to anything ? Or does he need a paint job?

I have polished similar looking panels. It will polish out but not last more than a few weeks. It is definitely time for a respray.

+1. Spend the time getting it resprayed instead of trying to correct it - Which may work or may not. Once resprayed you can do whatever you want to it then :buffing:
