Product Review: CQuartz Ceramic Quartz Paint Protection

Very Nice Troy!
Although I think the extra protection you put can influence the results, but judging by the vertical panels seems to be coherent beading showed has to do with cquartz still being there.

But 15k miles a year is 3x more than what I'm used to ride on my car each year.... I would say it's holding pretty great for such high mileage.

I definitely agree that extra protection you put can influence the results. But at the same time the CQ is still there and yes, she does drive this car a lot...

I've had CQuartz applied to my car for over a year now as well. So far, it has held up very well.

I am wondering now what the next step is. How long will it last? What's the next step? Do I just clean it with an APC and re-apply the coating?

What are your plans to re-new the coating?

Thanks!

I am now officially at just over 2 years with CQ original !!!!

I would suggest continuing to clean & wash it as normal. For added protection I highly recommend either ReLoad or Hydro2. I used Reload for almost the entire 2 years every moth or so. I currently have a 3 week old application of Hydro2 on it, and it is beading great.

As far as re-applying:
I am planning on doing a full polish on the vehicle and applying CQUK. After 2 years there is some minor marring and swirls. So I will want to perfect the paint and re-apply. CQUK is said to have even better gloss and depth than CQ original.
