over the weekend, I finally detailed my car. One of the product that I used was WGDG 3.0, this product requires that to be cured between 12-24 hours. However, I have to go to work today, so the car will be parked outside. I am still needing to apply the Collonite 845. How do you normally apply the last step? Do I have to wash the car again? wipe off only?

There's a difference between wipe-off and curing.
You wipe the product off approximately 45 minutes after application.
The product cures, crosslinks, sets-up, etc. over a window of time between 12 and 24 hours like many products.

my car had been wiped off as the direction from the product. It is in the curing process. Right now it is sitting in the parking lot at my work. My question is, since the car had been sitting in the parking lot all day, do I need to do something before applying the 845.

Yes. You need to wash or wipe the surface clean. Sitting outside it's exposed to what ever is in the air that lands on primarily the horizontal surfaces but sticky things like tree sap mist or overspray paint can stick to vertical panels.
So consider gently wiping the finish clean using a spray detailer and plenty of microfiber towels.

I would slice the hood up by dividing it into 4 equal quadrants. The tops of the fenders are their own section and the panel before the windshield with the grill is it's own section.

If the sealant has had about 12 hours or so in a dry environment, no water, morning dew etc, then it's ready for the Collinite 845.
Washing and drying the next day will have no affect on the sealant as it's very durable.
Wash, dry, and apply Collinite 845 with a blue or rad foam pad with your dual action polisher. The key to easy removal is applying it thin.

Are you saying that the curing doesn't start until the sealant is wiped off?
