I use APC and a duster brush. Toilet brush works to.

If you can take the wheels off, better yet.

I do a combo of both of these: Power washer, long handled brush, Zep Citrus APC cut 4:1. Dress them with any number of products, but Megs Hyper Dressing at 3 or 4:1 is nice and inexpensive to use. Wipe down afterward.

Amazing Roll Off and a good stiff brush ...

I'm lucky my wheel wells are covered with felt,so nothing sticks to it,usually I just use a power washer.
