Over the last few days I have seen a couple HORRIBLE examples of both bad paint and some terrible buffer trails, figured I would share :)

Second gen CTS at Meijer earlier today. I was hoping they would be out about the same time I was, but didn't happen unfortunately and I had to go.

Chevy Silverado parked next to me a couple days ago, I didn't even bother to talk to the guy, obviously he doesn't care about his paint and definitely wouldn't want to pay me what it would cost him to have me restore it :buffing:

The pics of that Caddy don't even do it justice at all. I have done my friends black '05 CTS and never had any problems with it, especially horrible buffer trails like that (I don't use a rotary though, but even if I did and left trails, I would fix it with a DA!) I have never seen buffer trails so bad on a car, nasty just doesn't cut it at all.

It's amazing what people consider quality is job 1!!

Gimmie that car so I can fix it!! :nomore:

Wow, the truck looks like it was driven through heavy brush/branches! if it's a work truck or something, that is just how it's gonna be!

The Caddy owner you may be able to convert

The Silverado owner will never change their ways

Nice Pics!

People are completely nuts, That gm vehicle probably cost 40 - 50 grand and it looks lie garbage

I'm guessing that truck is either a work truck or belongs to a hunter. Like another person mentioned... it looks likes it has been driven through heavy brush and the driver probably doesn't care about the paint.

I wouldn't even park next to that Silverado... I'm pretty sure he doesn't care about cars and will end up opening his door like a mad man.. dinging mine..

Just did one of these last week. Most of those rub marks are very light. you can make a world of difference with D101 and a quick wax that will thrill the owner. Look at it as the once-a-year Hunting Season package.

Some people have only one vehicle, and other hobbies. (Strange, I know . . .)
