Incredibly Cheap Finds

Found this at O'Reillys on my way out looking for deals I seen this at the bottom shelf.

Said 5.99 but not a sale tag like a actually upc not saying it was on sale.

I had a feeling it was going to be even cheaper.

It rang up 4.46$ this was the last one they had.

Not bad for a tire cleaner a shine and a applicator pad.

Heck you could pay 2 bucks just for a applicator for tire shine!

Not bad

That's still $4.00 per cheaper per than what I paid for my last kit on EBay, I wonder if its being discontinued

Might be, it wasn't bad, but I been buying alot of stuff from advanced auto, o Reilly and walmart. And at the end of the day it's still over the counter stuff. I'd rather buy stuff from autogeek, that I really want.

3 dollars there 7 here, 10 there , all adds up, especially when you buy more then one.

The 7 bucks tho is definitely not bad.

If they was 4$ a kit I would of got them all probably!

The Speed Demon is an awesome product especially at that price. I got a bottle of it for $3 bucks last year too. Haven't seen it for that price since then. Another Wal-Mart in the same town had all the SC stuff full priced...... Weird. Barrier Reef Spray is kinda hard to use based on my experience. Regular wax is pretty nice for OTC....

Of coarse we wanna support AG but the TW tire coating is too good to pass up and just outperforms its competition, period. The fact that it's available OTC makes it an easy choice, just common sense. Even at the msrp it's waaaaay cheaper than DP tire coating and you get a complete kit with the TW, then there's the performance, easy choice for me!

I actually never used it, however fine fine you convinced me ill go back today and buy the rest , happy now ?

Lol I'll post pics later.

They also have the meguiars da system pads with the compound, polish, wax. For 6 bucks , I just want them for the pads tho.

But 6 bucks is still expensive.

Hopefully they'll mark them down more.

Also invisible glass kits with the little pad and handle for 3.50

^$6 is pretty good for those Meguiar's 2 pads packs, that Invisible Glass tool comes in pretty handy too.

It's not the 2 pack one, I wish it was.

It's just the single pad and the sample size of compound, polish, wax.

My advance auto has the 2 packs for 13 bucks.

I wanted to try them on my rupes mini.

Next level, once you try the TW tire coating you'll see what I mean. The tire cleaner is average at best so maybe use it liberally to clean the tires real good and if your not happy use what you like. Once dry apply a single coat and let it dry for 10 minutes. At that point it's bone dry, apply a 2nd coat and let it sit, most of us do atleast 2 coats. If you find my tire coating comparison thread you'll find a fair test of TW and DP with pics 2 MONTHES into the test on a real world DD, my work van which is driven 150 miles a day in everything.

One more thing, the flip top cap will clog because it's a pin hole wise opening, so something that fits from another bottle is a good idea or placing a thumbtack in the applicator is a great idea (someone here passed that one along) Oh yeah, one more one more thing, when using the special applicator the first time you need to push the product into the applicator or it will roll off, so keep that in mind to kinda pre-treat it.

Are you happy now Klasse Act?

Lol, you made me do it, better be a good product !!!!!!

I think my customers will like it.

I am going to include it in my coating packages.

People like the idea of one and done.

2 year+ coating
On paint and wheels
1 year tire shine.

I think people will dig it !

1 year tire coating...on a garage queen for sure, LOL! Keep us posted on how you liked it Joe but remember to wipe those wheel edges and either change out the flip top to a non pinhole one or keep a thunbtack handy.
