Since I've posted the car.

A buddy came out today to detail his wife's Yaris and snapped a few pics of the SVT once we were done.

Thanks, and yes it is, hence why it's back in the garage covered right now :) I love driving it, but it's getting harder and harder to find body parts.
 
Holy smokes! You don't see those much anymore. And I can't say I've ever seen a green one. NICE!

Nope, the green ones were the rarest, only 710 made in '99 and '00. Performance wise she is still 100% stock, even the tires are the stock (only the 2nd set the car has ever had). The suspension is starting to squak, so the plan is to install the BAT Inc Euro kit next year which will give me a 1-1.5" drop all the way around. I've got subframe connectors in the garage for her too.

Most people don't even know there was a SVT Contour made. We hear nice Taurus\Escort alot.

Looks great, Dave! Can't believe it's been 5 years since I sold my 2000. I still miss it!

Funny, it was April of '07 when I sold it. Bought it August of 2000, new. You might find pics on CEG. Or the October page of the, I believe, 2004 CEG calendar.
