So this weekend i got my towels from Pakshak and Autoality. About 30 or so to add to my collection of 50 towels from autogeek and autopia.

So i got 80 or so towels and i think i might not even use some of them for years!!!!

Eighty is about right...

Some products like Optimum Coat will ruin the towels, might as well have some in stock.
You should also have dedicated towels for the engine bay, exhaust tips, rims, tires and so on... In the end it's like 6 or 7 to each type of job.

My wife can tell you! I have about 75 black wheel ,about 100 ultra plush,i.e., > 530 wt., about 50 edgeless, a dozen window, a dozen interior and 8 foam core Mothers drying MF. You are on the way to hoarding status like me!

According to the guys on the forum you are still short towels, so do not sweat it.

like pads, you can never have enough microfiber towels...

And I thought I had a problem....When washing how do you separate. I wouldn't want to throw my tire towels in with my LSP towel, or QD towels. Also how do you store them? I got bunch of the 6qt containers and they only hold like 4 to 5 towels, but they are the perfect shape to utilize every inch of my closet.

You can't be too rich, too skinny or have enough MF towels

Okay I'm jealous and impressed. I showed this to my wife and she was equally impressed. Time to get more cabinets for the garage. :)

And you can never have enough MF towels.

is that like a rubbermaid shed that hangs on the wall ? pretty awesome.

and i thought i was out of hand for having 25 or so... looks like i'm still well within my right to stock up.

speaking of micros - how do you guys wash yours? i've heard so many mixed reviews on the cleaners sold specifically for MF towels

If you know how many MFs you have, you obviously don't have enough or you are OCD. As far as tire and wheel cloths are concerned, I use terry towels so that solves keeping them straight. I use them as many times as I can and then throw them away.

Some cleaner leave residue (micro restore, CG, DP), so you have to do 2 loads, both with extra rinse...

The only one that doesn't leave any residues so far is the BlackFire MicroFiber wash. I just did my second load yesterday and it was great.

Interesting, I've washed several loads of towels with Chemical Guys microfiber wash with zero residue left behind. How much are you using?

I approve this quote.

Even though I'm poor, fat, and have so many MF towels that some of them are still brand new.

I'm still ordering moooooore!

It's a disease.

Towelitis.

Hmm... I resemble that remark! :Picture:Pics you say? Scroll on down.

Repeat after me, "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TOO MANY MF'S!" (I need at least four more window WW MFs and four more black wheel MFs.)

Dan.
