Not much happening here, so I decided to go the the Big Box home improvement center for the fasteners to rehang the shutters blown off by the previous storm.




Saw this vehicle in the parking lot...




The vehicle appeared to be clean and upkept...otherwise.
 
Looks like they lost their mirror in the storm. They just rehung it with vomit. You could try this on your shutters?

Up close, it appears to be some type of wood glue.
The car was clean, windows near perfect, and the tires dressed.

Daggone that #!*%*!# thieving neighbor of mine!
Now I know what happened to my caulk-gun...

(FWIW...I just have one more window on the other side to fix-up
in order to complete my vehicle's winterization-program. :D)

If they were going to leave it on the car they should have at least added a couple pieces of corn, peas, etc.

It seems that they cleaned around it...wish that I would have taken more pics of the entire car, but the MRS. was pissed at me for taking this photo
 
What a funny thread!!! I laughed the whole way through it. It's funny what some folks will do. Unbelievable...

I was going to say, as FUNX alluded to, that it was some of that expanding polyurethane foam, but when I read this post I realized that Gorilla Glue expands similarly.
