I got the idea for this thread from Detailing World. This is a hard question because we geeks like to constantly try new and different products.

But if you could only use one line of products, what would it be?

I would have to say Poorboy's.

An underrated line that works great in all conditions.

In my opinion if you only can have 1 brand forever there is no other option other than Meguires. It is the biggest and most robust line out there. From sand to polishing to protection. Most other brands are lacking in at least one area or another...

Couldn't agree more!!:dblthumb2:

If I standardised on one brand, it would have to be Meguiar's for me. Currently accounts for three quarters of the products I use in my regular routine.

I also am a very happy Optimum customer. Great stuff and wide line of products.

Although Meguiars have the largest range and no complaints from me about their products I would be quite happy living with Optimum, Gtech, Bilt Hamber, Finish Kare or Autoglym or maybe Zaino, possibly 3M, Poorboys.......

Actually, I cannot think of any major brand which would upset me

I would be pretty upset if I was stuck with Zaino or Autoglym. I would go with Optimum. They are way ahead of others with their coatings and innovative products.

very interesting post.

definately i agree with the meguiars fans here. they probably have the widest most diverse selection of products, but i'm going to vote for Wolfgang for ease of use and lack of fillers/silicone like most meguiars products.
