Hi dear what is the best way to remove orange peel from car clear coat is to start sand with 1500 grit
Then 2000 or sand with 1500 abralon pad?

Wet or damp sanding is the quickest way to level the high spots commonly seen in orange peal.

Because of the "thinness" of today's clear coats caution must be exercised as it's very easy to breach the clear. Once this happens the only way to correct it is off to the paint shop...

Carpro has some new orange peel removal pads. I just got mine in and haven't had a chance to use it yet. It would prob be a good time saver since there will no longer be wet sanding involved.
