Picture's do not show much as I wasn't too concerned about pictures and had my girlfriend controlling the camera half the time but you can see the results! :nomore:

Ended up taking 14 1/2 hours to complete it. The car came out great, removed all swirls/scratches along with bad water spots on horizontal panels. Glad I got it done and it came out so good, now I am ready for the show next week! The steps I took:

-Hand wash
-Clay twice
-M105
-M205
-Blackfire Wet Diamond
-Collinite 845

Let me know what you guys think from what you see!

The car looks very nice. The flash of the camera tells the true story of the paint condition in your photos since there is no direct sun reflections to show it. Looks like there's no swirls left behind in that area. Get that sweet ride out in the direct sun and take a close look at it before going to the show so you are sure you're happy with the results.

Where's the show being held and what date and time?

Thanks, I will be sure to do that! It is the American Muscle Annual Mustang Show with close to 1000 mustangs in the show. It is located in Media, PA and starts at 11, spectators are free. They will be two dynojets running, AM callendar girls, food, parts vendors, and more. PM me if you want more info.

sounds like we'll be competing at the show, goodluck ;) http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum...paint-correction-40-hours-invested-enjoy.html
just finished mine up and we'll be addinga coat of nuba on saturday before the show, its going to be an incredible turn out man
I bet they'll break 1k this year
looks great man, an incredibly clean car, personally I'd suggest some aggressive styling, paint wheels black, black tails

I think I am in the special edition class so I will be going against the cream of the crop unfortunately haha. This is my first time going, I never made time to bring my GT down to the show. Looks like it is going to be a crazy turnout this year!

About the styling....

The previous owner had black vinyl inserts and I didnt like the cheap inset look so I bought the black chrome stainless plates so I have the best of both worlds. As for the tails, I like the blacked out look but I like the reverse light cutout look especially since every window is tinted I need the extra light in reverse. Same goes to the black anniversary wheels with polished lip, it would look sick but just isn't a priority. They are original and in great shape. I am more concerned about stance and performance. Will be running H&R race springs and full MM subframes. Kooks or JBA longtubes with MAC o/r H and a new tune. Then when the all is said and done some styling! Can't wait.

Thanks, it took quite a bit of time. Add another 9 hours for taking the wheels off and cleaning and waxing the barrels along with the wells and brakes. Well worth it!

Looks great!! I'm going to miss the A Mercian Muscle car show this year. My son (13yo lead singer/lead guitarist) has a gig (rock concert) that day. He was upset when I told him but there's always next year.

Great work on the Terminator!

Thanks bud.
