Interior glass cleaning?

Thanks for all the replies! Sounds like my problems are only using one MF towel and sometimes cleaning in direct sunlight. I think my problems are solved!
 
I gave it a try today with great results. Two MF towels was definitely a great tip. I used Megs this time and really soaked her down good. After two good scrubbings, I finished with a little of the Megs on a fresh MF and buffed it out. Drove home into the sun and was blown away by how clean the windshield was!!!! Gotta get the rest of the windows done with this same method tomorrow.
 
Cleaning glass is really a technique issue not a product issue: every glass cleaner I have used worked for me.
Mike Phillips' tips are excellent! I personally don't go through so many steps (my windows are never very dirty to begin with), but the general idea is the same.

I agree to an extent. Technique is a big part but product has a little to do with it too. I don't do the two towel method myself. I use one towel, spray window with a light coating over about 3/4 of it, wipe product with one side of towel, flip and wipe with the other. I have used many different glass cleaners an found a few that work extremely well. Personal favorite is Stoners, which is what I continuously buy because of the great results I always get with it. Do yes, technique is big, but product does have a lot to do with it too.
 
ONR? Just a first year detailer, so I may be naive. I tried Diamond Glass, and while it was better than the ol' Windex, it still left marks. I found that when I wash my windows outside and inside with Optimum's No Rinse as I wash our cars, I consistently get streak free clean windows. One car has a new windshield, the other is 13 years young, and ONR works great on both. The key ofr me is to dry off the windows almost immediately after wiping with ONR. I apply the ONR using the micro weave towel made for no rinse washes, and dry it with a micoro weave drying towel I use to dry the rest of the car. Has anyone else tried ONR on car windows?

I have tried Stoner, Meguiar's, Sonax, DG, etc. Didn't notice a big difference between them.
 
I've tried Onr on my tint windows.... No good.... It leaves something behind....
I'm using now Sonüs Vision together with their glass towels..... cleaning windows are no longer a pain to me... Fast and great I love it...
