Decided to make this thread out of curiosity. I've have a 128oz bottle of TW ICE wash that I have been using for the past 3-4 years and just finally finished today. I thought I would never get rid of it lol.

Have any of you finished anything that you have been sitting on for the past several years?

I'm almost done with my can of #26 that I may have had since before you were born. I have some other stuff that definitely is older than you.

Don't get me started, I already have my detailing supplies in my will because I will never use up all the flavor-of-the-month stuff I bought going back to 2004.

I'm just getting into the detailing game so I really don't have much input on this topic... But I have a feeling this 8 oz bottle of Opti Seal is gonna last me forever.

16 oz. bottles of QD are easy to use up, but LSP's are hard.

I feel your pain!!

My son-in-law looks at all my stuff and gets all glassy-eyed knowing that "someday this will all be mine!"

Washing solutions are the first to go...everything else is in the time-line of life....:props:

I tend to toss a lot of my stuff because I'll impulse buy things and not end up liking them or what not. Many things get used only once. The same reason goes for the reason why it takes forever to use stuff up because I always will try something new so it takes even longer. My wife got all excited when I told her I was going to clean out my cleaning cabinet for her to sell some stuff at her next garage sale......I didn't mention that it was only so I could buy more hehe.

My current can of Meguiars #16 was bought in 1986 and is still good. I also have a can of Meguiars Deep Crystal paste wax I bought in 1987. The receipt is still in the box. The wax is also still good.

@timaishu...

Along with a bunch of other old products...
I've had this for many a moon...

If I ever need a whiff of some good ol' non-compliant V.O.C.'s,
I 'sparingly-slather' some of this around...
Good stuff!!...Want some? :D

I still use a bunch of vintage products (including myself!).

Here's my older Meguiar's stuff:

And here's my cherished Classic stuff:

All thru the 70's Classic Slipstream was my hands-down favorite wax. It was heavily laced with unhealthy VOC's, cleaned better than DG501 and endured the weather like Collinite. Now down to my last can, I've been rationing myself for 10 years, fearful of the day I'll use the last bit. There definitely will be a tear or two shed.
