Well just to add to the waiting game. Got a text from UPS About 20 min ago and seems the package got damaged this morning. Guess we'll wait and see what the damage is. I don't know what could possibly get damaged with the way AG packages things lol. I'm assuming it was one of my bottles beings that would be the only thing unless they ran the box over or something.

That happened to me once except UPS didn't tell me. I opened my box and everything was in a big plastic bag, I was really confused. What no peanuts? A whole gallon of APC+ had leaked all over everything including 2 Guzzlers and 12 Cobra Super Plush towels. I called Penny and she said UPS must have damaged and repacked because they always use peanuts. She sent me all new towels and another gallon of APC+. Awesome Service!!! (Needless to say the other towels became garage rags, didn't want to wipe APC all over my wax)

Just checked UPS again. Looks like its headed back to AG . So much for detailing my in-law's cars this weekend. This kinda pisses me off. I think UPS should overnight it for free since they damaged it.

Well just talked to Will @ AG. He's shipping out a new order today (actually got the email a couple min ago) and it'll be here tomorrow. Everyone raves about their customer service and I see why. That's awesome! Happy me .
