The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

Holy smokes Mike!!! Your ride is sick! I like the all black look (black kidney grilles) and the Alpina front lip.

I say side profile shots!!! Your wheels look sick too but I want to see it entirely.

Thanks Marc. I really love the all black look as well. I wanted everything black with silver wheels as a nice contrast. .

I love the wheels but they are a pain to clean. My 07 has the notorious bad dusting brakes.

The wheels are a bit dirty and my tire dressing was in need of a refresh in these pictures.

I didn't know you had such a hot car, Mike!!! Nicely done!

How much drop did you install? The stock height already looks great! Also, what wheels are those?

Car is dirty and needs a wash, but I've been lazy as I had the flu a few weeks ago and it was freezing cold here for awhile. Now that its warmer, I'll give it a wash, clay, blacklight, and a sealant this week.

And I keep forgetting to get back with Smack to give him some stuff I don't need.

Thank you very much gentleman. I love me some black BMW's.

My car has H&R sport springs with Koni yellows and the yellows are set to about 7/10ths firmness. When I installed the new suspension I also removed the front alignment pin in the shock tower to alow the strut to be pushed in .5 to .8 degrees to achieve more negative camber as this is an authorized procedure set by BMW to get more negative camber. Also when lowering and I left all the negative camber the drop gave me and had the toe in/out set back to factory sport package settings and this gives me unrivalled stability and cornering capability for my set up.

The wheels are Breyton Race GTS in staggard format. 8.5x19 in front with 9.5x19 in rear on Conti Extreme Contact DW's 235/35 and 265/30 sizes.

No tune yet but I have the TurnerMotorSport exhaust set up.

Glad to see a lot of people participating in this thread / posting about them and their vehicles, I've been a member on here for awhile and until late I felt like I barely knew anyone! Aside from that fact we all suffer as detailing addicts lol

after a onrww wash earlier this month.

Recent pic a few days ago. Not the best with a camera phone but in person I thought the hood looked nice since you could really see the clouds through the paint even though it was kind of dirty.

/\ Very nice Volvo. I like the aerodynamic work. Its also black just like I like although it sits a bit high for my taste. J/J Im sure you need it for the winter weather.

If you look over on the far right of the photo you'll see a gray car cover.....my Z06 is sleeping.....

Yea I'm sure the height isnt the favorite thing of the car lol..in my defense it's a year round car in nyc so it just isnt practical to lower it since with the bodykit the car is pretty low to the ground. thx though

Nice S60.:xyxthumbs:

thanks!

Some awesome cars in here. Especially like the 18k mile FD. What a great design that was.

Products used:
- By the looks of things, the previous owner may have used sticks, boxes, or simply mother nature on this paint. That will soon change.

And the garage queen:

- Unknown. Whatever the previous owner's detailer put on back in 2006 has held up very well actually, and this car will need only minor correction of sparse light swirls. Love this paint!

The funny/sad thing is, the MR2 has almost double the miles of the 300ZX. Care and maintenance means more than miles sometimes.

Sweet SMG SW! Has a Blue 93 that was totalled a few years back. Driving a 2007 S2K now, but still miss the Deuce from time to time.
