All these clean cars, I figure I will show our nice dirty car. Just put new headlights on this weekend since we hit a deer with it a week ago. :xyxthumbs:

Say whatttttt?

White is easy to keep looking clean, Silver is easier though.

Takes forever for white to look dirty as it hides dirt well, unless is black dirt.

I must be doing something wrong then.:detailer:
I wash with ONR, then I dry with griots spray wax. I also just put a coat of blackfire wet diamond, and a coat of mothers reflections on it on Saturday, and it feel like nothing keeps it clean.

Many Subaru guys with the white pearl say that it gets dirty too fast. I look stare at my car all day out my window at work, and I can tell you, it takes less than a mile to and from lunch, yet my car looks like its been through hell and back.

My silver Trans Am however was incredibly easy to keep clean.

I guess I just look at my cars more than others

Don't know what to tell you....

I can say that my truck is my test bed for products as it sits outside 24/7/365..

Now the 2 LSP's (Sealants) that have looked the cleanest for me on white over time IMO have been Megs ULW and WG DGPS and I have tried a lot of them over the years.

Both are very slick and really don't collect dirt and dust very easy from what I have seen. WGDGPS is better in that regard IMO....

With both sealants all I have to do to maintain them is for the most part rinse off the truck and use M135, D156 or WG DG Spritz Sealant as a drying aid.

Hit it with M135 about once a week or after it rains.....

Wash every 2 or 3 weeks..... Unless it rains and it really gets slopped up then I rinse it off and go over with M135..... Not a wash with car soap.....

And usually I don't get much off the paint after rinsing it either...

The after photo looks great. This is the first time I see those LED signal lights? How do they look compared to the stock lights?

I remember going out to some tuning shop near Jackson Michigan IIRC and they installed Vortech S/C'ers on those and it was said to make 275 hp, WOW! I guess the Quaiffe would be a given, along with some wider and stickier tires. I have to tell you that is one clean FSVT, did you buy it brand new? I also like the orange ones as well!

I actually purchased mine last Spring, however this is my second SVTF. My friend has the Competition Orange you speak of, with a fully built 11:1 compression ratio RACE engine. Great little go cart!

You're not doing anything wrong. That satin white pearl is a pain. My dad has it and it's almost as tough as black to take care of. But, on a plus note, when clean it glows!
