Just washed. Had bad results trying to clay until I ordered a Polishin Pad that I used with clay by Blackfire. No problems after that. Washed with Chemical Guys' Maxi Suds II with an Ortho sprayer while waiting on replacement of a Foam Gun. Sprayer worked better than I thought, a lot better. LoL! Applied Blackfire Polymer Spray after drying with Cobra Guzzler towel.

i feel so bad for you.

Last week I did a full correction and applied Opti-coat. I loaned it to my parents to take to Disney for the day and this is how it came back. Damn love bugs. I had to wash it 3 times to get it all off.

I feel your pain. I live in Florida and also own a black car. Hate this time of year!!!!

Im new to AGO but I thought I would start out simple and just post a pic of my ride.
Its an '09 MINI Clubman S R55, took me about a year to find the perfect one. This was just last week at the my college auto club meet

Finally got the leveling kit, new shocks and new wheels and tires on the tahoe last Friday. So I did quick wash on it and snapped a few pictures before dark. This is the wife's vehicle which was coated with Hydr02 a few months ago. The new wheels are coated with Americoat and the tires have Tuff-shine Clear coat on them. I am planning on doing a light polish on this soon and coating it with Americoat also.

Love bugs will permanently etch and ruin clear coat if not removed within 36-48 hours. And they bake on like epoxy resin.

Got a day of sunshine today in Orting, Washington, so continuing
on with my first full detail of my 2002 Dodge 2500.

Corrected the hood and front quarter panels so far. Started
with a 6" Nanoskin pad on my Griots, then WGTSR and then
WGGlaze. Then WG Sealant and finally finished off with Pinnacle
Liquid Sovereign.

All glass was done using the same Nanoskin pad, followed by
Pinnacle Water Spot remover and then the Pinnacle Sealant (came with my Pinnacle Glass kit).

Tires treated with Optimum Tire Gel. All black treated with
303 protectant (including the wheel wells). Still a long way to go to the finish line!

Looks beautiful Matt. I think it might look even better in a gunmetal grey color. Photoshop?

Commence rude comments... I love the car. Someday the outside will be vinyl wrapped to match the blue engine..
