The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

I like all of the corvettes. But I’m still stuck drooling all over the C6 Grand Sport, especially the convertibles. Bright red and supersonic blue are my two favorite colors for them, with the chrome wheels. I’m probably in the minority on the chrome wheels.

Yes that is rad. But the '19 C7 GS 'vette won me over! I almost purchased a 1967 vette instead of my Chevelle that I had for 13 years and sold it for $2100.00. New I paid $3,480.00, a buck a pound ! . >:) Would have been worth 25-30 grand now.
Ahhhh, you too. We are in the minority. Are you an old fart like me ? <:) Chrome forever !!

I’m a sucker for Chevelles as well. The term “old fart” is relative. I’m in my 30s. Also, the c7 grand sport is a fine automobile.

Here are a couple pics after detailing my car last week. Today was the first time out of the garage.

The habitual stance of a resting Mustang..................

Hard to tell, but it’s a swirled out mess. I think the dealership car wash kid washed it with a dirty rag then dried it with a broom.

An unexpected little drive in the shiny red car today.

I was going through some old USBs, and found these pics of my last ride, a 2011 VEII Holden Berlina International Wagon. This was after a run down to Eden on the NSW south coast. There was about 20km of road works on the way there, hence the nice mud spray up the side. The second shot was a reflection I got after giving it a machine polish, it's so hard to get good reflections off white paint. View attachment 69365View attachment 69366

Beautiful. Who did your tint, and are you happy with it? I have yet to find a perfect installer. I’ve been to a few different shops over the years.

Any new mods suspension or engine wise?

I'll answer for Derek on this one as he's under the hood right now as we speak. He's installing a SXTH Element catch can right now

Nothing other than the catch can like Roger said

Thanks. Mitten Auto Tint and Customs near me in Novi. Very happy with it.

Also to add on in regards to window tint. Not sure where you're located JD but Sunshade Window Tinting in Troy is very good.

I remember going to Sunshade at 9 and Van Dyke in 1988 to get the windows tinted in my 78' Caprice Classic coupe, had to take off the side tint about 6 months later, got a ticket at 8 1/2 and Ryan going to school, imagine that

Lol I had a 94 Jetta tinted there years ago when I was like 16. Different company with the same name. They are still there though.
