The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

Applied 2 coats of the new TWHS graphene tire coating yesterday. 1st coat before I went into work and the 2nd coat before I left work. It was below zero both times and it seems to have not affected the looks. Btw this is from this morning before going into work

It's "like" getting new rims every year Speaking of new, I'm seriously thinking about getting my 3 season rims powder coated a darker matte bronze

Wait...YOUR the guy using CMX Big Dave

Yeah, that's me. I got some of the CMX Trim Restore and Coat to try out, and I had the Ceramic Spray Coating leftover from a year or so back, so I thought I'd use them together. I even applied the Spray Coating while I was drying it last wash, it went on really easy, and did help with the drying.

My new job leaves me time , and energy, poor. It's fairly physically demanding, I've dropped about 14 pound since starting mid November. So I need products that save time and effort at the moment.

Not likely, I'm still.... not small, but it really started when I played soccer as a child. There were 3 Daves in my team, Big Dave, Little Dave, and, well, just Dave. I try to use it on every forum I can, but most already have a Big Dave.

Here's a custom Land Rover Defender they're building at work. The paint is from Porsche, matt dark metallic grey, the green is reflected off the building. Cummins Diesel motor, upgraded for about 25% more power. They already have a buyer, somewhere around $140k. View attachment 74842

Looks like one of those custom ones from that specialty company that does them, the owner died and I can't remember the name

Before you start looking I should tell you this, THESE are the OEM rims w/ the Konig centercaps while my aftermarket rims have the OEM Hyundai centercaps. I have had alot people think my aftermarket rims are OEM and that's the whole point of this switch-a-roo

Oh wow, no kidding. I really like the chrome wheels on my SXL, but since I bought it used there is a little curb rash on a few wheels. And some of the chrome is flaking on parts near the barrels. I've been screwing around trying to aee what's out there for chrome replacement wheels but I just can't get a good sense without seeing something in person.

I also don't want to spend a fortune LOL

Can I make a suggestion

Please do!
I know you said you like the chrome wheels but maybe some upgraded OEM wheels that are machined face and painted? Also, what size are your stock wheels. I know you said you like chrome but when I hear chrome I think the 1950's Americana

That's definitely an idea! I have 18's. I'm 100% in agreeememt with you about the 50's Americana or muscle cars. I don't think these wheels work for other colors at all, but for some reason they just look right with my white paint.

Maybe I just like shiny things? LOL

I've seen some people swap their wheels with the stock Stinger wheels, which were pretty cool...

post up a side pic of you car an what wheels you like and I can put them on your car
