DGAW or V7 to maintain Duragloss sealants

Should I purchase CG V7 if I already own aquawax?

Will I see a difference?
 
Can't really answer that....I'm not a big CG user but if you have Dg products on the vehical and you already hve AW then use it you wont be dissapointed.

Then again if you like to play with products then try v7 and put your thoughts out here for the rest of us!
 
I'm going to try V7 but will probably try it with BL as it seems to be the combo everyone likes, makes sense they're from the same company, right?

I've used AW to remove DG #111 but not because its hard to remove but rather to remove/add an additional coat of protection and shine.

You removed Duragloss 111 by topping it with Duragloss Aquawax? :confused:
 
I used both side by side on my truck today. I think both are amazing spray waxes. AW is a little easier to use and doesn't flash as fast as V7. Try both and see which one you like better. You can't really go wrong with either.

apply #601 to entire vehicle, then #101/105/or 111

let haze, and remove with AW ... didn't someone post that technique (I do it too) :)



Does V7 smell as good as AW?
 
Well what I've tried in the past is to apply #111 w/PBA, let it sit for an hour and then used AW right over the top, this way I wipe to remove the #111 w/PBA and apply AW at the same time, just tried it out and it finished out nicely. I have also applied AW over #111 w/PBA after removing it first, just trying different ways of doing the same thing, that's all.

As the weather is starting to change I'm going to try and "purge" my current DG products so I can try new DG products on the spring, especially the RV stuff (forgot the number) but one constant will be #111 and PBA to add to all their products. I might even mix in some AW into my 2 oz bottle with whatever DG product and PBA too.
