Posting this one a little late, work completed roughly a month and a half ago. Was pressed for time this go around so no during shots, but there was moderate swirling present, accompanied by a surprisingly large number of RIDS.

This car came into the shop back in May, and David of ProShield Inc. wrapped the entire front end (bumper, full hood, full fenders, A pillars) in Venture Shield clear film. I got to talking with the owner as I was in the middle of a correction on another vehicle. He was very interested in the process, and after a half hour or so of explaining the process he was hooked. He had a bunch of cosmetic, as well as performance upgrades planned and wanted to take care of these mods before a correction. After a stage 3 APR upgrade, powder coated satin black finish wheels, and a host of carbon fiber aero mods, the car was ready for me.

After evaluating the client's goals we decided on a full multi stage correction, and Opti Coating to lock in the work. The clear coated film on the front end would also be Opti Coated to help with protection against marring. Last but not least, he decided to have the wheels coated too to aid in protection as well as ease of cleaning.

The car will be on display this weekend at the H2O meet (large Audi/VW show in Ocean City, MD - Sat September 29th) so check it out if you're there.

Now that's one gorgeous blue! It's so glossy the paint appears to still be wet!! :props:

Thanks! Even on the front end that is wrapped, it's still very hard to tell the difference between painted and non painted surfaces.

I love when in the sun, there is NOTHING but gloss :) and LOTS of it! That is a sweet machine!

WOW! Great job! I'm not a fan of VW's, but that car is a 10 out of 10 in my book. Your hard work came out perfect.

The car is sweet but I was drooling over the floor in the shop!! Very nice.

Looks like the blue dripped on the ground! Nice!
