Review: New Pinnacle Glass Care products

Hey Chris, so far so good, on my 2010 Acura I have G1 and my 2001 TL and wifeys Crv I have the Pinnacle.

I had a chance to experience a wide variety of weather too.

On freezing cold morning when there is tons of frost the Pinnacle does help with the defrosting quicker, but G1 has a edge here.

Durability, I have been really happy with the Pinnacle, lets think about the price point, its alot cheaper than G1 and in severe condition Pinnacle recommends applying it once a month, and I still have not had to reapply since the review. I experienced heavy rain from sandy to snow.

Another area the pinnacle shines is in low speed driving. You need to be driving above 35 almost 40mph before the G1 starts moving the water. With Pinnacle, the water was sheeting at 20mph :righton:

The 16oz bottle of the sealant should last you years and years so its a all around great buy.

The Glass cleaner, my wife used it and fell in love with it. As soon as I am out I will have to buy the gallon of it:props:

Thanks Bigbull.:props:

I've had pretty good luck with Rain-X and a spray sealant on my window, but looking to change things up a bit. Never really liked the removal process for Rain-X, still can never seem to get it right.

I have a feeling the Pinnacle Glass Sealant will be making into my next order.

How does the water spot remover compare to DP High Performance Glass Restorer....I have only used that, and love it as it works really really well....does this compare if you've used both???

Also, great review. i just order the pinnacle glass sealant, can't wait to try it out on the ride!

I haven't tried the DP, so I cant comment.

You will enjoy the sealant, just make sure glass is squeaky clean.

Just a tip to make things a little easier, I had a empty spray bottle so I now spray the product on to the glass and spread with the makeup pads.

This tip, is perfect. Had an extra sprayer just like that one to use. Honestly, I did all my windows today and i barely used any product, this product goes a long, long, long way.

Yes it does:props: I think my bottle will last me till cars start flying.

Thanks for posting your review Dhaval!

Pinnacle really hit this one out of the park and talk about a trio of top performers. These products are so easy to use and the Spot Remover can be used by hand or with a dual action polisher. The results are spectacular!! :props:

Well its March 26th, and I just wanted to take some time to give my thoughts on durability.

Its still snowing and non stop raining in WV for the last week, when I was taking the trash out I noticed both of our cars still had strong beading on the glass.

On my wife CRV I used the Pinnacle Glass sealant in December (I think), after 3 solid month the Pinnacle has held up strong. I asked her when she drives how well does it shed water, and she said its the same. So this product is defiantly a winner:props:

Now I must add that every month when I clean the windows I do use the Pinnacle Glass Cleaner, but I dont think that would renew the sealant for this long.

Great tip for the sealant! With all of the free sample bottles on AGO purchases, I'm sure I can spare one :P Love the Pinnacle line!

Just used Pinnacle Glasswork Water Spot Remover today with rotary machine and light blue LC Hydrotech pad. It cleaned 90% of the spots off a 9 year old vehicle that has never had the glass buffed.
How do you clean the pads after completion? Water? Snappy Clean? Soap?.......

Great to hear, on pad I use anything from Blackfire pad cleaner to Dawn.

I have had some good luck with Meguiars APC too, and cost efficient.

Thanks for the review .. I've noticed a collection of water spots at the bottom of my windshield that I haven't been able to wash off
