Anthony, as you should know by now, playing the devil's advocate is my forte.
I can definitely see the advantage of growth, and becoming one of the biggest players in the industry. But with growth comes change...and not all change is positive.
Good luck to you and Tyson in your search for the right candidate(s) that will allow B&B to meet your expectations. :dblthumb2:
Thanx man - no matter devils advocate or not - I have always appreciated your advice :dblthumb2:
Most managers do get a percentage of the profits. I was a manager for 20 years and did extremely well. Unfortunately I can't work anymore. I understand your talking about the individual getting a high percentage of profits. The biggest advantage for this individual in my opinion would be getting in early so down the road if you end up with 15 or 20 shops he would probably be overseeing stores, handling customer issues, making sure the quality stayed up and getting a percentage from all stores...
Not like this lol - we do not plan on pulling from profits - instead we will allow "profits" to go into the "cashflow"/"capital" funds to insure exponential growth. And we will take care of the person or persons that help get us to where we want this company.
